All orders are processed within 7 – 9 business days.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.
It is noted that your order processing time can be affected if the initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect such as inaccurate or incomplete payment; incorrect address information and insufficient product measurements. We seek your understanding and support if it is the case.

Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

***At the moment, all Rughere products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we’ve been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs take, which can vary from country to country.
For items that ship from our overseas supplier, there’s typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it’s processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 2-7 days on average, although it can take as long as 8-12 days. ***

To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination.

RISK-FREE SHOPPING:
If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

Rughere is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Rughere will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
