The bottom of the ground uses non-woven fabric and point plastic bottom, more anti-slip, durable.
While the design remains the same across all options, the texture, thickness, and backing of the rug vary based on the material you choose. Please review the details carefully to select the best fit for your needs:
- Polyester & Velvet – Soft and plush with a thickness of 8.2-12mm
- Soft Velvet (Anti-slip Plastic Layer) – Cozy texture with 6mm thickness and a plastic anti-slip backing.
- Premium Velvet (Anti-slip Rubber Layer) – Luxurious feel with a durable 4-4.5mm thickness and a rubber anti-slip backing.
- Due to manual measurements, please allow a 2-3cm margin of error.
- For the convenience of logistics and transportation, the floor mat will be folded and delivered. Customers may receive creases due to the packaging process, and the creases will disappear after 2-4 days.
- Due to variations in production batches and lighting effects, colors may slightly differ from images.

Note:
- Products need to folding for shipping, there will be folding marks, not a quality issue.

To improve customer benefits from January 28, 2024, we will update and adjust the Refund and Return policy according to the ratio for some specific cases as follows:
Case 1. Defective product:
– Torn, printing error, wrong color, wrong product sent: 100% refund or resend new product (depending on customer’s intention).
Case 2. Order lost during shipping
– 100% refund or resend new product (depending on customer’s intention).
Case 3. Customers are not satisfied with the quality (Product images and quality are clearly publicized):
We will carefully review each case and support 40 – 55% Refund and customers do not need to send the product back.
Case 4. Customer is not satisfied with fast shipping:
– If the delivery deadline announced in the delivery policy page is exceeded: We refund the fast shipping fee to the customer (note: if the customer orders on Saturday and Sunday, the fast shipping delivery time may vary). May be 1-2 days later)
Case 5. In case the customer wants to return the goods (not for reasons related to the product, but because the customer changed his mind when receiving the goods):
– Customers please contact us. We will provide an address for customers to return products. After receiving the returned goods to the warehouse, we will refund 100% to the customer (We do not bear any costs for this refund).
Case 6. The customer provided a missing address, or an incorrect address that prevented successful delivery:
– We will support the delivery of new product to the customer again.
In addition to the cases mentioned above, the remaining cases will be supported according to the following policy:
Returns
We accept the return on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 15 days from the arrival date. No returns made after 15 days from the delivery date will be accepted.

Face down the products and pat gently several times. Use a soft brush to clean with detergent or rinse with water and shake whoever is dry to prevent shade drying in a cool, ventilated place.
Wash Care: Hand wash or by machine (Mild cycle) are available.

About the crease
In order to facilitate transportation, we will fold the product, and it is normal to have creases after delivery. It will return to normal after a few days of normal use after opening. There is no need to worry.
About logistics
